2010 California home buyer tax credit form available

The 2010 California home buyer tax credit form is now available online.    The tax credit is available up to $10,000.    If you are in contract for a new home purchase, you are allowed to reserve your tax credit.   You should complete the form asap and fax it in to reserve your tax credit.   If you are purchasing an existing home, you should complete the form as soon as your purchase transaction closes.  One economist believes the existing home purchase tax credit of $100 million will be gone well within the first 30 days or before May 31, 2010.  Here's the link to the 2010 Application Form.
