30 year fixed rate

I'm seeing the conforming 30 year fixed rate at 4.875% and 0 points this morning, assuming purchase transaction, 20% downpayment, high credit scores  and owner occupied single family home.    This is an excellent rate.   If you are considering locking your loan for a purchase or refinance transaction, I strongly suggest you lock in your rate.
