30 year fixed rates

I'm seeing the conforming 30 year fixed rate is at 4.75% to 4.875% at 0 points today.  This is assuming purchase transaction, primary residence, single family home, credit scores greater than 720, and minimum 20% downpayment. 

We're seeing the lowest rates in 2010.   We need to thank the Greeks and Europeans for the rally in the bond market.
