Beware of rental listings on Craigslist

If you're renting or know of family of friends looking for a home to rent and they use Craigslist.org, point them to this article.  We're hearing this fraud is happening quite a bit locally and nationally.  Don't just give out your personal financial info, deposit checks and credit checks to someone you have not met at their place of business.   Look for any suspicious or inconsistent info.   Some of these "land lords" or "property managers" have no rights to lease the property.  Good read.
