Conforming 30 year fixed rate

Mortgage rates continue to be at the most attractive levels for the year.  I'm seeing the conforming 30 year fixed rate at 4.375% to 4.50% at 0 points (assuming credit scores > 740, primary residence, SFR, at least 20% down payment, purchase transaction).     The jumbo conforming 30 year fixed rate (loan amounts $417,001 - $729,750 for high cost counties) is at 4.75% to 4.875% at 0 points (assuming credit scores > 740, primary residence, SFR, at least 20% down payment, purchase transaction).
