Conforming 30 year fixed rate

I'm seeing the conforming 30 year fixed rate at 4.625% - 4.75% at 0 points today for purchase transactions, primary residence, single family residence, high credit scores and minimum 20% downpayment.    Paying 1 point will reduce the rates to 4.375% to 4.50%.   Bond market rallying strongly on the negative Retail Sales numbers.
