Home Sellers need to prep their homes for sale

I previewed a beautiful home on the market for sale.   It was approximately 6 years old, open floor plan, granite counter tops in the kitchen, more than 2000 sf ft of interior space and some other nice upgrades.  However, when I entered one of the bathrooms....   Sellers, please prepare your homes for potential buyers to appreciate your home and leave with a positive experience.        Please see attached video.
