New Good Faith Estimate

The new Good Faith Estimate (GFE) form that was rolled out on 1/1/10 is causing more confusion than was intended. I expect the government to eventually amend their rules so that this new GFE form is more reflective of the true closing costs that a Borrower will see at closing. At this time the GFE has gross errors in purchase transactions.
