Rivermark real estate sales activity

The Rivermark community in Santa Clara continues to be a very hot market.  There are currently 4 active listings, 14 pendings and 9 closed transactions in April.    If a home is priced reasonably, we're seeing strong buyer interest.   We will  need to keep our eyes on the market as the federal tax credit expires at the end of April.
