What are Mortgage Rates on Friday 9/10/10?

I dropped by a Bank of America branch today (9/10/10) in San Jose, CA and took this snap shot of their mortgage rates.   The conforming 30 year fixed rate at 4.75% at 1.125 points is high.  I'm seeing conforming 30 year fixed rates at 4.375% at 0 points.  The Bank of America jumbo conforming 30 year fixed rate at 5.125 at 1.00 point also appears high.  I'm seeing the jumbo conforming 30 year fixed rate at 4.875%  at 0 points.
